Along the beautiful Pacific Coast Highway, overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Dana Point, California, is the Craft House Bar & Grill. They are famous for their fresh locally sourced ingredients and they pride themselves on having one of the best American whiskey selection in South Orange County. From you daily drinking whiskey to the one’s you’ve spend your life trying to taste (all of the Pappy van Winkle collection).
Our goal with Craft House was to help them expand their available seating. With the popularity of the restaurant, Craft House have having challenges accommodating all of their guests. Fortunately, they had available space to work with. We went to work on helping them design the perfect outdoor space to accommodate more guests. We designed the perfect pergola from our Skyroof collection to be placed just adjacent to the current structure. In all, we were able to increase the overall square footage of the restaurant by about 3000 square feet. This would help them accommodate an additional 60+ tables for their guests. Overall, the project has been a total success for Craft House Bar & Grill.
